We got these hand painted miniatures during a visit to the artists’ workshop in Rajasthan, India. Each is about 2.5ins/6cm across. They rather remind me of the miniatures that were produced in the Elizabethan period in England.
This is an acrylic by Peter Osborne. The view is from one of the windows of a house in Bourdiguet, Provence.
